Akinesia or also known as bradykinesia : lack of movement, lack of expression in face. Can"t smell very well posture is kind of destroyed, can"t swing arms when walking. If you provide additional cues, some of the symptoms can go away. If you put different strips on the ground to help them walk they will walk more normally. One man kicked his cane to help him walk by using additional sensory inputs. An age related neurodegenerative disease characterized by the loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra.
