Roger williams comes in 1631 and starts causing trouble right away. New england churches should have no relationship at all with anglican church. Doesn"t think that there should be any relationship between state and church; severed completely. Doesn"t believe that only visible saints will be saved by god. Goes south and founds a plantation in providence (turns into rhode island)
