Languages change because learning a language is immperfect, children are changing language every generation. Naranja (spanish=orange) but was borrowed into english as norange and now it is orange. Norange and an orange sound the same, so it lost it"s n . Not all langauge is innate, we have to learn some of it, people can misinterpret it. Similar becasue when the coffee was intorudced into a new area, the same name came with it.
