But 75% of the participants went against their initial answer. Factors: the larger the group, the more likely you are the conform of others to conform. (there is safety in numbers) conformity to conform your more likely to stick to the answer and less likely to conform. Candid camera (example) : people go into an elevator and face the rear, other person conforms and turns to face the rear as well.
