Race and racial categories not fixed, natural realities but are sociolegally constructed. Just words (1998) participants who don"t use linear logic and masculine forms of speech are effectively silenced and technical legal language defines reality. Using hedge words and lifting voices at the end as if asking a question undermines authority.
