Leather- tannins used to tan, which takes away extra fats and liquids and softens leather. Manure- nitrogen=good; phosphorus=bad if there is too much. Order:artiodactyla (how their toes and legs are set up) Species: bos taurus (looks like our domestic cattle);; and bos indicus(good in hot weather-- they have a hump on their shoulders, also have large dewlap)
