Perceived reciprocity of liking- whether you feel that the people you like also like you. Reality orientation- develop a strong desire to see reality as it is, see yourself as your truly are. Acceptance- acc yourself and others as they are. Autonomy- live what makes you sense to you instead of conforming to the expectation of others. Connection- see yourself in other people and resist the urge to judge.
