I actually really enjoyed this field trip because we had a chance to get out of the classroom and explore our campus. During the trip we stopped at parts of the campus i had never been to and it (cid:449)as really i(cid:374)teresti(cid:374)g to k(cid:374)o(cid:449) ho(cid:449) (cid:373)u(cid:272)h of the (cid:272)a(cid:373)pus i ha(cid:448)e(cid:374)"t see(cid:374). Also lear(cid:374)i(cid:374)g a(cid:271)out all the rocks and how the landscape came to form really opened my eyes to how uconn came about. Questions: think back to your view of the landscape while standing on horsebarn hill. The view at the top of horse barn hill showed a very flat landscape and elevation. The reason for this is that when the glaciers moved from canada down to connecticut they flattened the land in its path: look up the drumlins in your text.
