We don"t do written opinions in this course. Place hands on sides of lectern, don"t lean. Some gesturing acceptable but too much is distracting. Outline points on 1 or 2 pieces of paper. Use the cases, go through cases, get to know them. If arguing for petitioner make her look one way, if respondent, another.
