Either guest or host can be the exploiting species in domestication. Voluntary symbiosis is right in the middle, both species are mutually benefitting. Birds clean parasites off of reptiles (like iguana) or giraffes. The birds even use hosts hair to build nest. Wrasse are small fish that clean food out of the mouth of large fish. Cleaning shrimp go into mouth of moray eel to eat parasites. Fish even clean hippos when they go in the water. Anemonefish (clown fish) live in anemone which have neurotoxins. Pets and humans have a symbiotic relationship (they get sheltered and fed and we are happy) 1 species living on food debris or waste products of another. Guest is denying host of necessary resources. Sharp-beaked ground finch (vampire finch) will drink the blood of other birds by landing on it and pecking. Toxoplasma breed only in cat intestine, they are excreted by poop and the eggs are transmitted to soil.
