Many students think that a large percentage of ucsb students hook up for one night stands at least once. However, fewer people hook up than most people think. The percentage if people having intercourse on the first date is lower today than it was in the 1980s. However, the number of people believing that lots of people are hooking up has risen. The majority of male and female ucsb students have only had sex with one or two people thus far in their lifetime (37% of males, 51% of females). The majority of people having sex in the last year (including oral) have had sex with no one or just one person (over 50%). Things that make a sexual position pleasurable are: genital stimulation and orgasms, partners pleasure, and novelty. There are a variety of different sexual positions that people can try.
