Arp table: table that maps limited number of ip address to their physical adapter address. Indirect delivery goes through router, off network. Taking turns : nodes take turns, but nodes with more to send can take longer turns. Random access: channel not divided, allow collisions. Tdma (time division multiple access): channel divided into time intervals. Voting to see which is the biggest packet and then that node takes longer to send that packet. When node has channel, transmit at full data rate. 2 or more packets being in the channel at once. Sender transmits whenever it has data to a central base station.
