Lineage include all relatives living in the same community who could trace their descent patrilineally to one another. Villages had the same surname because they were from the same ancestor. Some more wealthy lineages will provide things for you; needy members. Bachelors, elderly that has no family to take care of them, etc. Major form (woman marry into husband"s family) Legally speaking, must meet two conditions in order to have one. Must having surviving son (an heir from wife)
