Lindh v. surman, 702 a. 2d 560 (pa. super. Trial court reverses arbitrators (i. e. rodger win) finding that no-fault should be followed in pa. janis files post-trial motions which are denied. Issue 1: condition of keeping engagement ring is marriage, not accepting the engagement. Issue 2: pa courts shall not consider fault when determining entitlement of engagement ring. Issue 1: case law in pa has found gifts given in contemplation of marriage are not final but conditioned upon the occurrence of the wedding.
