Need prolonged exposure to see effects in population. We need more time to see effects of e-cigs. Regardless of # of cigs smoked, smokers can maintain nicotine blood levels. Behavior more likely to be repeated when it"s followed by pleasant/rewarding experiences. Neutral & positive behavioral side effects of nicotine. Behavior more likely to be repeated when followed by removal of unpleasant experiences.
