If it"s something to do with the federal law: there is no minimum dollar amount. Judicial review ultimate power to invalidate actions by the president or congress: abraham lincoln was against judicial review due to dredd v scott decision, felt like it wasn"t representative of the citizens. Judicial restraint power should not be used except in unusual cases. Judicial activism power should be used when the needs of society justify it: roe v wade was judicial activism. Standing to sue article iii: plaintiff must have a personal stake in the case in order to sue, you cannot sue on someone"s behalf, the exception is suing on behalf of a minor.
