Define population at risk and their risk levels. Personalize risk based on a person"s traits or behaviors. Perception or belief as to severity of disease/condition: perceived severity/seriousness. Usually based on knowledge, but could be based on culture, past experiences, societal norms, etc. Seriousness could also be in terms of effects on lifestyle or livelihood.
