Cell- smallest unit of life structural and functional unit of all living things. Tissue- group of similar cells that perform a particular function. Organ- several tissues join together to form an organ. Organism- an individual- complex individuals in a particular area. Population- organisms of the same species in a particular area. Biosphere- regions of the earth;s crust. waters, and atmosphere inhabited by living things. Experiment/ observations- hypothesis is tested if/then (deductive reasoning) Conclusion- results are analyzed, and the hypothesis is supported or rejected. Scientists tend to be curious about nature and how the world works.
