Us opening all military combat roles to women; able to lead infantry soldiers, use tanks, etc. In many states, the surpasses given to gifted and talented students. But under federal law, it"s not under the umbrella of divisions. There are many forms of gifted , so how do we define gifted and talented : very little money is spent on gifted and talented programs. Many disabled students separate classrooms or separate buildings: now, integrated into classrooms.
