Dressing like girls at parties dressing like girls (hide their girl clothes) Mothers approve of muxes because if they have only sons, then the muxe can help them with household duties. Injected themselves with hormones to become more feminine. Fathers rejected their sons if they were muxes and completely ignored them. Some fathers approve of muxes because then they didn"t have to pay for a wedding. Mothers pushed their sons to be muxes for selfish reasons for help instead of actually being supportive and risking poor relationship with their fathers. Boys/men should do certain things and girls/women should do other things according to gender system. Totally forgot their name given to them and stuck to the girl name they gave to themselves. Father pulled hair and threw him/her down stairs.
