Schools need to ensure that employees are trained so that they know how to properly address harassment: dear colleague letter i. ii. iii. iv. Office of civil rights clearly states that title ix guarantees all students an education free from sexual harassment and violence. All schools need to implement prevention education programs as part of orientation programs for new students, faculty, etc.
