Ghost dance- the indians react in a weird way, from the destruction of their lands, the takings of their children, etc. It was led by a man named wivoka (jack wilson). Wivoka fits into both categories and tried to figure out a solution, that is why he came up with the ghost dance. In this trance, they see visions about white people not existing, and the buffalo population increasing. As more indians hear, more joined him on the dance. Lakota and sioux- go off to see if this (cid:449)as real. They take the railroad, it"s iro(cid:374)i(cid:272) (cid:271)e(cid:272)ause the railroad kills the buffalos. They find that it is real, so they started to plan to get the white men out. Because of this dance, indians started to take a stand, as white men threatened, they stood their ground. (cid:862) itti(cid:374)g bull(cid:863)- in 1876 the biggest hero, becomes infatuated with the ghost dance.
