Parking mobility app - use to report disabled parking spot abuse. Impairment: lacking part of or all of a limb, or having a defective limb, organism, or mechanism of the body. Disability: the organization of society in such a way as to exclude the full participation of people with impairments. The limitation that is put on a person"s impairment. Example: a person with an amputated leg is impaired. Disability comes up when trying to get to the second floor without a ramp or elevator. To neatly divide disability from impairment doesn"t feel right. My experience of living with cpp has been so shaped by ableism that i have trouble separating the two both center on my body (clare, p. 7) Any public building (school, business, office building, restaurant, etc. ) built after. Act was passed are required to have disability access including elevators or ramps.
