Storage issue have not found a way to store energy after sun goes down or when sun is blocked. Winter: heating (or not) the interior of home during the day and storing that heat over night. Summer: keeping home cool during day, letting heat out/cool in at night. Roof top panels and circulating water (heat from sun used to warm water supply) Store heat w/salt use heat to use steam to turn turbines for energy. Clean energy resource, but doesn"t work when sun goes down. Heat or provide electricity w/ square mile grids. 3 sq. mi grid could provide enough energy for athens. Take naturally heated water and use it to drive turbine to generate electricity. *geoexchange technology save 3070% on heating and 3050% on cooling. Most major rivers in u. s. are dammed. 3% of total energy (6% of electricity) Finite lifetime maxed out use b/c dangerous. Site specific on the ocean w/great tidal range ex: france, e. canada.
