For koreans this is their orthodox interpretation but for westerners it is just war of national liberation, free from foreigners revisionist. Both north and south korea want unification but are not willing to budge ideals. Douglas mcarthur, sigman rhee, and truman conspired to outbreak korean. Mcarthur was the general in japan in wwii, has presidential ambitions like eisenhower, he is not getting the media attention he needs.
