Biology abnormal hormone levels, physical illness. Erectile dysfunction difficulty obtaining an erection. Biological nocturnal penile turnescence measure of biological factors. Sociocultural financial stress, loss of job, relationship/marital issues. Premature ejaculation ejaculation within 1 minute of beginning physical activity and before he desires. Delayed ejaculation persistent inability to ejaculate or very delayed ejaculation. Psychological memories of childhood loss, depression, performance anxiety. Genio-pelvic pain/penetration disorder - physical discomfort during inter course, involuntary contraction of muscles around vagina. Causes learned fear response, vaginal infection, relationship problems.
