The news of nazis allied states (italy, hungary, romania) In june of 1941 the mass killings began in the east and this happens when they move into the soviet union. At first, they were only killing men and communists. However, a few months later they bgan killing men, women, and children on mass. In the west, jews were put into concetration camps, labor camps, and ghettos. In poland, the jews were sent to gas concentration camps. In the soviet union, jews were being outwardly killed. Adolf eichmann created a list of countries and how many jews live in each country: january 1942, around 11 million jews were in europe, many of the jews fled to countries and found safety. They fled to countries like palestine and the usa. Those who fled to western europe were captured by the nazis. Anne frank in amsterdam: this list was created with the goal of making all the countries jew free.
