Ultradian rhythms, > 24 hours, menstrual cycle and annual cycles. Circadian rhythms, ~24 hours, sleep and waking. Hydration how much water is in the system. Blood plasma liquid part of blood, volume. Blood plasma osmolality has to do with how concentrated other things are in the blood.
