The day after the governor reprimand the actions of the state officials (sounded very sarcastic imo) 450 people came to help from around the country (many where white clergy men) King decides to go anyways and join the march even though it violated federal law: king turns around after prayer b/c the march was breaking federal and state law breaking federal was something king had never done. That night a white reverend is killed which fired up the nation.
