Military will best represent your interest, congress would be the public"s last option. Story line- people like the truth, and not compromise. People like to follow an individual, groups are hard. Deliberation vs. decisiveness (preferable, to the point) Talk vs. action: people rather not talk, if you know the truth, why both conversing on it. Here, congress is the group, president is the individual. President is loved at first, then hate him. Put all your hopes in this one person, they disappoint, public becomes angry: needs to compromise, people may not like individual, but they understand them. Keys to understanding congress people hate congress but love their congressman. They are based in their district: their concerns are what the local community concerns are. They are slow and deliberative: not a factor that the public likes. Work done in committees: representing the group.
