What to capitalize:
-Amendments to constitution
-Constitution itself as long as it’s the specific document
i) Examples:
a) The nation is voting on forming a constitution.
b) We have changed the United States Constitution over the past 200
years.
-Regions
i) Examples:
a) Northeast, Midwest
ii) BUT make sure not to capitalize directions
-Specific court
i) Examples:
a) Supreme Court, 9th Circuit Court
-Congress, Senate, House of Reprisentatives
-President
i) BUT only the position
ii) Examples:
a) We really need a good president.
