Succinct statement of the theory, principles, equations, empirical correlations, statistical, concepts, etc. that will be used to relate measured values to scale-up paramters. What data were collected and how thye were used for the scale-up. Description of apparatus and experimental procedure - experimenter. Comparison w/ predictions or data correlations from teh literature. Important conclusions and recommendations (don"t recommend to change lab equipment) Give pages in book, not just the book, e. g. g-237 or g1-237. Explain the method used to prepare the reduced, intermediate, and final results. Done in ink - can be done by hand - neatly!!!! Neat and legible w/ same margins as report. Unacceptably vague terms very less [ by how much?] more[by how much?] consistent [how? within what tolerance?] Designing an experiment the goal is to relate dependent variables to independent varaibles.
