The big 5= neuroticism is factor iv (more words than others) and the 5 factor. Neuroticism is how emotionally stable you are/how you will respond to things. Will be expected to know about the facets. Extraversion (surgency)- how one surges or energetically engages with the social world. Warmth/friendliness=how much you like people and how open you are to them. Higher level people will be more likely to actively looking for friends. Lower level people will seem more distant. Gregariousness=people tend to find the company of others enjoyable. Higher people will be more likely to speak up, more of a leader. Higher people like to have things to do, places to be. Lower people don"t need something all the time. Higher people are easily bored without high levels of stimulation, want to take risk. Lower people don"t want to take risk or seek thrills.
