Reasons for apparent indifference and considerations in overcoming it. Over-involvement of parents and ways of handling it. Frequent causes of parent-teacher tensions and ways of dealing with them. Tedtalk: using conflict as a source of energy. Two very different ways of dealing with conflict, but both are able to be effective in different situations. Everyone has their own triggers or things that cause further stress. Sharing your beliefs and opinions should be encouraged and not feared, however getting stuck in judgements is where the line must be drawn. This can be applied to any kind of relational interaction, not just a romantic one. Eventually, after the situation escalates, they are able to identify the true reason that the mother was seemingly favoring randal in one way or another, or what things she was doing that made it look like that.
