Political argumentation: The process of using verbal and visual arguments among citizens, leaders, and
government agencies to in influence the policy decisions of a political community
[RSP 257-258]

California Democrat, make public statements by press release and interview on marijuana and
federal-state relations.

but are committed to the process of argument to test the soundness of those presumptions
in particular situations.

1) Progressives would argue that change is preferred, though some policies and
