Chapters: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,15 (pg 385-408), 16 (pg 421-433), and 17 (pg 446-456) Bring a #2 pencil and id: mc 75 questions; all cases study, bolded words, go back into your notes; relatively straightforward. Just a generic: 1-2 per lecture, 1-2 from the book- trying to widespread all the chapters; not more than another; know the idea of the bolded words to understand the concept. Don"t need to know everything about the diagrams just need to know the general idea of it. The biosphere: components of the biosphere, trophic levels & food webs, energy conversion & biomass, key concepts of biomes, habitat, variation, and succession, change models, biodiversity of species, h-i-p-p-o. Aquiclude: any material that obstructs the flow of water. Porosity: pore space between grains tells how much water can be stored. Permeability: rate at which water flows through material. Path time: how long it takes water to move through the system.
