Hypothalamus: female brains are more sensitive to estrogen, male brains are more sensitive to androgen. Mullerian duct - ducts found in both male and female fetuses; in females the wolffian ducts degenerate, and turn into the fallopian tubes, uterus, and upper vagina. Wolffian duct - mullerian ducts degenerate. turn into the epididymis, vas deferens, and ejactulatory duct when the mullerian-inhibiting substance is emitted in the womb. Intersexuality - a condition in which the individual has a mixture of male and female reproductive structures, so it"s not clear at birth which sex they are.
