(cobb essay) Question about the queerness of the movement is something that is overlooked. Lack of recognition, not only that movements articulate themselves as single movements. Framework imposes itself such that black lives matter, despite statements that other issues are essential, they are overlooked. While focusing on black freedom/ justice for african americans, it"s centralised a wide variety of issues. Connections get trivialised/ demonised/ overlooked, what would this movement have to do with queer/ trans issues, dismissal online that this isn"t even a movement about black frieedom, but rather a queer movement masquerading as a black one.
