Thomas green: power, office politics, and a career in crisis. The case facts (brief summary; 2-4 sentences of what"s happening and who"s involved): Thomas green holds an account executive position at dynamic displays. In the beginning, he worked hard and completed many contract deals for the company. Because of his performance, he was quickly promoted by his superiors. However, his new boss frank davis, had expected to choose the new senior market specialist, so green was walking into a difficult situation right from the get-go. Due to the negative performance evaluations by davis, green is at risk of being terminated from his job. The issues/potential main problem (main issues in ob terms related to the module): The problem is that davis wanted to hire the new senior market specialist, possibly a friend or someone he was close with.
