China is the largest user and producer of coal (50% of global consumpion) Global industrial, heat, electricity and transportaion sources are responsible for a large proporion of global ghg emissions. Global emissions from land use changes, agriculture, and waste disposal are also very high. Us emissions from transportaion are twice as high as the global average and emissions from land use changes, agriculture, and waste disposal are less than half global average. Goals transport accounts for 14% of ghg emissions: decrease overall demand for power through conservaion and eiciency. Buildings account for 15% of ghg emissions. Most of this comes from electricity and heaing.
