Isn"t just about communicating a state of affairs or about conveying facts about the world. The purpose of the language is to giving an aesthetic experience in various ways: not always suddenly translatable, meant to make us feel a certain way, not everyday language, many types of kavya, mahakavya or kavya. Lengthy poems that are bound to cover a number of topics. The life of buddha: plays, often romantic or erotic in nature, never tragic, performed with dancing and music, small kavya and anthologies.
