Assumed initial customers are mainstream reality is they aren"t. Engineering did same things as in corp"s. ^^^^this is how it was done for 30/40 yrs its bad. No business plan survives first contact with customers. Still need an operating plan etc. but need facts before that. Post canvas to wall & use sticky notes to construct hypothesis. Get out of the building & talk to customers etc. Doing customer discovery is like searching for the holy grail. P2: test the problem; figure out how to build prototype. P3: test the solution w/ low & high-fidelity prototypes. Process is an iterative circle; assume you will go through it multiple times. Then move onto customer validation once this complete.
