Marge is afraid of flying on planes. Panic attacks are an intense feeling of fear. Many people don"t experience it as anxiety, but rather it"s something very terrible that"s happening to their body. When people first experience a panic attack they often think it might be a heart attack or you"re dying. For the disorder - you need to have recurrent attacks. If you have one in class you become less likely to go class. Unfocused anxiety unlike a phobia where it"s something very specific. When people have generalized anxiety disorder they have lots and lots worries. So you can reassure someone about a particular worry. Another worry will just pop up because you need to treat this free floating anxiety. Can use co2, spinning a chair, to elicit panic attacks to help with treatment. Ocd is the disorder that involves a lot anxiety and intrusive thoughts. Very very difficult to get rid of.
