Under these provisions, there were significant provisions that the declaration of independence sought to achieve. The declaration explicitly warned about the dangers of faction. Moreover, the declaration incorporated the ideas and the mechanisms from the enlightenment. such ideas included the reasoning of the authority and whether they are functioning in just manner to protect the inalienable rights of the people.
