As the historically strong nation was challenged for its autocratic regime, the challenger itself declared the fundamental rights and freedom of people in the new world. America(ideologically speaking) to achieve the republic and crete the new nation was to seek the independence from england. The new republic would affirm the right of men to seek any purpose under the sovereignty of the united states. in the new union, the sovereignty derived from the contested and competing interests of the thirteen states. Under these provisions, there were significant provisions that the declaration of independence sought to achieve. The declaration explicitly warned about the dangers of faction. Moreover, the declaration incorporated the ideas and the mechanisms from the enlightenment. such ideas included the reasoning of the authority and whether they are functioning in just manner to protect the inalienable rights of the people.
