Tactic: russian army to counterattack the german bridgehead and deploy four infantry divisions as well as the 2nd latvian riflemen brigade. Victor: germany because riga had been lost to the advancing germans which the russians desperately tried to protect and have control over. Extra: mustard gas was first used by the germans against the russians at riga in september 1917.
