In this case, the answer to the first question is yes. Looking into the manson factors, the testimony was considered reliable. View: opportunity of the witness to observe the suspect. Attention: degree of attention, what is the extent of distractions. Accuracy: mental and physical acuity of the witness. Time: period between the event and the identification.
