There were 21 countries in the un that responded. At the worst stage of the war the north korean military was able to push all the way down. After world war two the entire korean peninsula was in shambles. After the war the south korean economy grew unbelievable for about three decades: became known as miracle on the han river . To maintain growth, economy growth and population growth must be correlated. Korea are very ahead in development: one of the highest coverage of high speed internet/ wifi.
