To import data from a text file, data tab, get external data button on the very left, click from text, click the file you want, click import. The text import wizard opens, choose if you want fixed width or delimited. In step 2 of delimited, select what you want to separate the data fields. Select how and where you want the data imported. After imported, to refresh the data from the database click the refresh all button. To disconnect the worksheet data from the database, click the connections button on the left, click name of connection you want to remove, click remove, click ok, click close. To insert data using flash fill, flash fill will make autofill selections for words while you are typing, press enter to accept the suggestion. If flash fill doesn"t do it automatically, go to data tab, click flash fill.
