Now it"s time for me to move on to something different. I would like to become the owner and operator of my very own 24-hour diner. I would serve homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods along with homemade desserts. There are a lot of 24-hour diners in the new york/pennsylvania area, but not so many out here in michigan. I think the best type of business entity to open my diner under would be a limited liability company or llc. A limited liability company protects you from numerous liabilities. An llc provides your company with a separate legal entity from your own. (anaejionu, 2016)this is very important in business because it means that only the money that you"ve put into your llc is ever at risk.
