He had struggled to create uprisings/revolutions in the muslim world. He is a follower of the egyptian revolution. 80s/90s he tried to persuade the masses to rise up and rebel against the corruption in their country. The revolutionaries became trapped because the masses refused to follow, zwahari came to conclusion that a new strategy was needed: suicide bombings in kenya/tanzania. Bombers had been recruited by bin ladin. Osama had no formal organization of his group, until the americans created one for him: they needed evidence to prosecute him and link him to a criminal organization.
